The MVMT Classes
When you come to a MVMT HIIT class (also known as High Intensity Interval Training) you can expect to increase your heart rate and work your whole body. With short bursts of intensity combined with toning, you will boost your metabolism and leave the class energised. Don't worry, for those who are beginners, it's all a time based work out so you can perform as hard (or not quite as hard) as you're able to.
Who doesn't love a bit of Boxing? This full body work out tones your arms, lats, abs, lower body, and gets rid of any stress! We work with the fundamentals of boxing with proper technique so you get the most out of the work out. With a mix of higher heart rate moves, strength + power, and combinations you'll have a full work out by the end of it.
MVMT tone is about slowing it down and feeling the burn. You don't always have to go 100% to see some serious results. We will strengthen, lengthen and tone those muscles defining your whole body from head to toe. You’re going to feel that amazing burn in your arms, abs, legs and glutes sculpting your body while performing mostly body weight exercises. MVMT Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is key to providing your body with the fundamentals of deep core strength along with activation of your glutes and proper postural alignment. Working with your bodyweight we focus on mobility and control of your spine and core and glutes. Don't think this class is easy, not only is it extremely important but your buns and your core will be burning (in a good way).
Working with weights is key to having a healthy and strong body, because lets be honest we lift things that are heavier than a piece of paper on a daily basis. Adding resistance training burns fat, aids in proper posture alignment, and will have you leaving the class feeling strong and ready to take on the world.
MVMT Saturday Special
This class is full of our faves and we know you'll they will be your faves too! You don't quite know what you'll get until you'll arrive at our Saturday 9am class but I can promise you it'll be full of energy, fun, and sweat! This class is for everyone, from beginners to fitness fanatics, you'll get everything you need from this class with the variety and expertise from The MVMT Studio owner Kari running the show.
