1:1 Private Personal Training
If you're in need of a more individualised approach, you're new to training, or have had any previous injury, our 1:1 Personal Training sessions are the perfect place to start your training at The MVMT Studio. We will start our session with a Fitness Analysis to see how your body moves, discuss any previous or current injuries and to have a better understanding of your health and fitness goals. From there we create the best training program to maximise your ability to reach and maintain your goals.
2:1, 3:1, 4:1 Semi-Private Personal Training
Are you interested in Personal Training but you would rather train along side a friend or partner? Semi Private Personal Training gives you the individualised approach but in a small group setting. Join a friend or 2 (or 3) and start your training together with one of our qualified Personal Trainers. We will go over your specific goals and create a program for everyone to achieve your health and fitness goals.
Pre / Post Natal Personal Training
After working with so many soon to be Mums and current Mums I've realised that there isn't that much education on providing proper exercises and techniques for women. A woman's body changes so much and focussing on proper posture and specific activation and lengthening is key to a healthy and happy body (and Mum + Baby) in preparation into labour and / or after the Bub arrives. Join us for small group sessions with or without Bub and have some much needed time for yourself.
