At The MVMT Studio, Small Group Personal Training is where individual results meet group motivation.

Every client trains with a fully personalised program, written by your coach specifically for your body, goals, experience level, and lifestyle. You’ll train alongside a small group of like-minded people (maximum 5 clients per session), while still receiving the coaching, attention, and accountability you need to progress confidently.

It’s structured. It’s intentional. And it works.

What Makes Our Small Group Training Different?

Our Small Group sessions are run like personal training, just in a smarter format.

Your trainer:

  • Writes your own individual program

  • Coaches your technique in real time

  • Adjusts loads, progressions, and regressions as needed

  • Tracks your progress and evolves your plan over time

With only five people max per session, you’re never lost in the room or left guessing. You get the attention you need - without paying full 1:1 rates.

Your Program Is Built Around You

No two clients train the same - even within the same session.

Your program is designed around:

  • Your goals (strength, hormonal health, fitness, mobility, confidence, injury management, longevity)

  • Your training history and current ability

  • How your body moves and responds to training

  • Where you’re at right now

As you progress, your program progresses with you. This is how real, sustainable results are built.

Consistency That Fits Real Life

We believe consistency is one of the biggest drivers of success.

You’ll train at the same days and times each week, creating routine, momentum, and accountability both for you and your trainer.

If you ever miss a session, you’re welcome to attend another Small Group session during the week (subject to availability), so your progress doesn’t stall.

Pricing

Small Group Personal Training

  • $45 per Small Group Training session

  • Maximum 5 clients per session

  • Fully personalised program written by your trainer

  • Real-time coaching and progression

  • Access to the MVMT Studio app: $5 per 4 weeks

You’ll also receive:

  • Unlimited Saturday Special classes at 8am at no additional cost

  • Ongoing support, accountability, and expert guidance
