The MVMT Studio is about moving your Body, your Mind and making a Movement; a change within yourself. We offer classes as well as Personal Training options, and we are here to shake up how you approach your health and wellness.

Move The Body
Our MVMT classes include Strength Circuits, HIIT, our Toning Method, Boxing, and our Saturday Special. We take a holistic approach to fitness and offer well-rounded work outs. We educate you about training your body to perform its best, so you feel energised, strong and lengthened after each class. We also provide Personal Training options with our experienced Personal Trainers to work with you to achieve your health and fitness goals.
Move The Mind
Moving your body and eating well only makes up part of what you need to feel amazing. Defining why you need to change is key. Once we determine your fitness and health goals, we will then go over why you want to achieve them. By discussing the reasons why, we can then adjust your ability to make it happen.
Make A Movement Within Yourself
We know what it takes to achieve your goals. We will take you through our fitness analysis to provide you with a personalised training plan and nutritional advice. Whether its losing weight, gaining muscle or toning up, we'll make sure you're functioning at your optimal level and that you get the most out of your training sessions.
The MVMT Classes
When you come to a MVMT HIIT class (also known as High Intensity Interval Training) you can expect to increase your heart rate and work your whole body. With short bursts of intensity combined with toning, you will boost your metabolism and leave the class energised. Don't worry, for those who are beginers, it's all a time based work out so you can perform as hard (or not quite as hard) as you're able to.
Who doesn't love a bit of Boxing? This full body work out tones your arms, lats, abs, lower body, and gets rid of any stress! We work with the fundamentals of boxing with proper technique so you get the most out of the work out. With a mix of higher heart rate moves, strength + power, and combinations you'll have a full work out by the end of it.
MVMT Tone is about slowing it down and feeling the burn. You don't always have to go 100% to see some serious results. We will strengthen, lengthen and tone those muscles defining your whole body from head to toe. You’re going to feel that amazing burn in your arms, abs, legs and glutes sculpting your body while performing mostly body weight exercises. This one isn't just for the ladies, boys you will be shaking just as much
MVMT Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is key to providing your body with the fundamentals of deep core strength along with activation of your glutes and proper postural alignment. Working with your bodyweight we focus on mobility and control of your spine and core and glutes. Don't think this class is easy, not only is it extremely important but your buns and your core will be burning (in a good way).
Working with weights is key to having a healthy and strong body, because lets be honest we lift things that are heavier than a piece of paper on a daily basis. Adding resistance training burns fat, aids in proper posture alignment, and will have you leaving the class feeling strong and ready to take on the world.
MVMT Saturday Special
This class is full of our faves and we know you'll they will be your faves too! You don't quite know what you'll get until you'll arrive at our Saturday 9am class but I can promise you it'll be full of energy, fun, and sweat! This class is for everyone, from beginners to fitness fanatics, you'll get everything you need from this class with the variety and expertise from The MVMT Studio owner Kari running the show.

Kari is the mastermind behind The MVMT Studio, and has been empowering people to live their best life for the last 10 years as a personal trainer.
Her love for health and fitness started from a young age, after trying her hand at an array of different sports. Her softball skills saw her represent Canada, before being scouted to play in New Zealand.
Kari is a dynamic health and fitness coach who practices what she preaches. Running your first 5 kilometre fun-run? She’ll be right there beside you!
Her knowledge and expertise spans across Pre and Post Natal Training, Altitude Training, and Nutrition for Exercise and Sport. She is also an advanced Boxing Fitness Trainer and has completed workshops in BOSU and TRX.
Sessions with Kari are motivating, high energy and fun-filled, and will leave you feeling like a force to be reckoned with. You can expect tips on precise technique, breathing, nutrition, hydration and recovery, lots of positive encouragement, and whole heap of laughs, just to keep those abdominal muscles in check!

Vyron is a certified personal trainer with over seven years experience from running his own outdoor bootcamps in the sunny Mt Maunganui (New Zealand), running adidas NZ training sessions and individual sessions for people wanting to improve their lives through training.
Vyron knows the importance of training for a persons overall wellbeing and has helped multiple friends, family members and clients find their passion for exercise and better their lives.
Vyron's passion for training and positive attitude towards exercise is contagious and his clients definitely catch the bug.
Vyron's approach is a mixture of functional, strength and conditioning dependent on the clients goals.

Durham (UK) export; Poet and author; Lover of food and 80s hair metal
Passionate about movement and creativity, Franks has been practising and teaching yoga for many years – originally connecting with the practice to find peace of mind and physical strength.
Franks’ classes are slow, steady and strong with a focus on grounding and honouring your body. Her expertise spans a variety of yoga styles: Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative and Yin.
She has 1000 training hours under her belt and is currently furthering her knowledge, studying a Diploma in Yoga and Business Management part time with Byron Yoga Centre at their Melbourne location.
Franks invites you to move at your own pace - taking whatever you need from class: whether it’s challenge or an extra breath in child’s pose!
